Call for Writers

The Common Ground Project by V for Human (V4H) tackles today's global loneliness crisis by equipping young adults with practical skills to build meaningful relationships. We need writers to craft insightful articles on relational literacy, emotional intelligence, and human connection. Working in parallel with our academic experts to ensure an evidence-based approach, your writing will help translate these concepts into real-world impact.   • PRIVACY NOTICE ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

    1. Data Controller As the V for Human Association, under the scope of the "Common Ground Project", we act as the Data Controller. We process your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and relevant international data protection regulations.

    2. Processed Personal Data and Purpose of Processing Through this application form, we collect your name, contact information, educational background, and writing experience/portfolio details. Your personal data is processed solely for:

    • Evaluating your suitability for the article writer position within the Common Ground Project.

    • Contacting you regarding the status of your application.

    3. Legal Basis and Data Retention Your personal data is collected electronically based on your "explicit consent" (Article 5/1 of the KVKK). Your data will only be used for the evaluation process. All of your personal data will be permanently and securely deleted 60 days after the evaluation process is fully completed, unless a different agreement is established with you (e.g., if you are accepted and join the project).

    4. Transfer of Personal Data Your personal data will not be shared with any third-party organizations, companies, or individuals. It will only be accessed by the V for Human Association's authorized project coordinators directly involved in the evaluation process and securely stored on our restricted cloud platforms during the 60-day retention period.

    5. Your Rights as a Data Subject Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is being processed, request details about the processing, and request the correction or immediate deletion of your data before the 60-day period.
