Young Artivists
Young Artivists is a collaborative workshop and exhibition led by V FOR HUMAN and Harbour.Space@UTCC, designed to empower the next generation of socially conscious creators. Bringing together 70 participants from diverse backgrounds, the event invited young artists to explore how visual expression can become a catalyst for justice, dialogue, and collective transformation. Through interactive sessions, participants engaged with themes of gender equality, human rights, and identity while developing their unique artistic voices in response to today’s global challenges.
The culmination of the workshop was a vibrant exhibition where every piece told a story — raw, personal, and urgent. The space became more than just a gallery; it was a forum for reflection, solidarity, and vision. Young Artivists reminded us that change often begins with creativity, and when young people are given the tools and the platform, they can imagine and build a more inclusive future through art.
